Erin Mistry is the Chief Executive Officer of Within3. Before joining Within3, Erin served as Chief Commercial Officer at CorMedix, held senior global roles at Syneos Health, and earlier industry roles at MedImmune and AstraZeneca, and has launched more than 20 assets across eight therapeutic areas. She also serves on several industry and academic boards, including the Harvard T.H. Chan Executive Policy Council and the Pharma AI Council.
As CEO, Erin drives the expansion of Within3’s Launch Intelligence™ platform and services, helping pharmaceutical teams unify fragmented data, anticipate market shifts, and act with confidence at every stage of launch. She combines her deep commercialization expertise with Within3’s proprietary technology to deliver decision-ready intelligence across the launch lifecycle.
